Mr. Couto is a Master’s-level accountant with extensive expertise in financial and tax reporting, internal controls, and business management, bringing over 20 years of combined experience in accounting, auditing, compliance, and corporate governance.
With a career spanning large audit firms and his own consultancy, he has led projects focused on financial performance, tax planning, and systems integration counting on a specialized team with a Certified Fraud Examiner and a strong background in internal and external audit, corporate investigations, and compliance program implementation across international frameworks, including FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and Brazil’s Clean Company Act.
